At the moment, we have high-precision coating machine from Hirano Tecseed Co. Ltd (Japan), full-automatic Slitter Machine from Nishimura Mfg. Co., Ltd. (Japan), and full-automatic Filling Machine from Hibar systems limited (Canada), etc. A complete production process includes combining pulp, coating, slitting, automatic winding and filling, welding and sealing, OCV test, sorting, grouping and PACK. We can produce more than 120000Ah per day.In order to ensure the excellent quality of incoming raw materials, random test will be taken among no less than 10% of all materials every time. If the materialsâ?quality doesnât meet our production requirements, they are prohibited from entering the production areas.
We have established a post responsibility system during the whole production process. Once the product quality problems arise, the one in relevant post will be held accountable. We manufactures in accordance with the standards of UL1642ăUL2054ăEN15194 and BATSO. With Advanced testing equipment, relevant inspections will be taken, for example over discharge, anti-aging, short circuit, drop, extrusion, prickling, and other safety inspections, as an efficient guarantee to our productsâ?high quality and consistency. The Electrochemical performance and safety performance of our products are in line with "lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles standards" (QC/T743-2006), and we have got CE, ROHS, UN38.3 international certificates.Therefore, every index of XINCHI products is in accordance with international advanced level.There are three series, and more than twenty varieties of our products, which are widely used in electric cars, electric power tools, electric bicycles, miner's lamps, cameras, backup power, industrial and military fields, etc.
